Policy

If we send the wrong size, design, or an item missing. We will send a new one or give a full refund.

If the customer has ordered the wrong size or design (etc), the customer is required to send he current piece back to us and we will send the new one.

Product material and size is written in the product description, and as you purchase you agree to the material and size of the product. Hence, we can not refund or exchange due to quality and material.

We do not exchange or refund any item for change of mind whether it is purchased in physical store or online.
